Garlic and Chili Roasted Prawns – Garlic and Chili roasted prawns with an herb mojo for dipping.
Asian Lettuce Cups – Butter lettuce cups with ground beef, onion, soy, ginger, water chestnuts, and green onions
Smoked Chicken Quesadilla Triangles – Filled with jack and cheddar cheese and grilled chicken. Served with sour cream and salsa


Avocado & Arugula Salad – Avocado, Mango, and Pineapple with Pistachios and Pickled Shallots – Shallots, rice vinegar, olive oil, red wine vinegar, arugula, pistachios, mint, basil, avocados, kiwi, mango, pineapple.
Slider Station – Tasty three-bite sandwich served warm on a bun
Slider choices:
  • The Burger Bite: Grilled Angus Beef Burger served with curly fried leeks and bourdelaise sauce.
  • Crab Cake Slider: Heavy with crab meat, diced red pepper, onion, and panko crusted. Served with red aioli sauce.
  • Cuban Pork or Beef Slider: Slowly cooked pork or beef with our Chef’s special Cuban sauce recipe.
  • Vegetarian: A patty of blended zucchini, tri-color pepper, yellow onion, & mushrooms.
BBQ Baby Back Ribs – Tender Pork on the bone topped with rich house-made tangy sauce.
Grilled Salmon – Salmon Fillets, olive oil, garlic, lemon, dill weed, served on a bed of spinach & chard
Gourmet Mac & Cheese Cups – Pasta tossed with cheddar, Gruyère, Monterey jack, parmesan and Swiss cheese topped with a sourdough crumb crust and baked to perfection
