Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

Monday

Chicken Piccata – chicken breast, vegetable oil, white wine, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, capers, butter, lemon slices  CONTAINS DAIRY (GF)

Roasted Garlic & Herb Couscous – couscous, garlic, olive oil, basil, seasoning (CONTAINS GLUTEN)

Broiled/Grilled Cheese Kabob on Fennel & Warm White Bean Salad – mozzarella Cheese, garlic, fennel, red onion, cannellini beans, balsamic vinegar, lemon rind, parsley, olive oil, seasoning VEGETARIAN CONTAINS DAIRY (GF)

Roasted Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower with Pesto – VEGAN (GF)

Salad –Composed – Salad – Composed – Spinach with Berries and Curry Dressing – spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onion, On side – chopped pecans & honey goat cheese  DAIRY OPTION

Tuesday

Skirt Steak with mushrooms and shallots – skirt steak, olive oil, mushrooms, shallots, thyme, white wine, chicken broth, butter CONTAINS DAIRY

Couscous with Roasted Tomatoes – cherry tomatoes, olive oil, couscous, toasted pine nuts, chopped mint, lemon zest, lemon juice, seasoning  VEGAN CONTAINS NUTS

Carrot, Fingerling Potatoes, and Pea Ragout – carrot sticks, lemon, balsamic vinegar, sugar, vegan butter, olive oil, fingerling potatoes, vegetable broth, garlic, peas  VEGAN (GF)

Salad – Composed – Shaved Mushroom and Celery with Lemon-Dill Vinaigrette – thinly sliced cremini mushrooms, shallots, celery, parsley, seasoning, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, seasoning, olive oil, dill  CONTAINS EGG PRODUCT

 

Wednesday

Foil-Wrap Fish Bake – red potatoes, corn on cob slices, halibut, shrimp, butter, garlic, dill, seasoing, (Presented in foil Pouch) (GF)

Side Basmati Rice – olive oil, yellow onion, basmati rice, vegetable stock, seasoning VEGAN (GF)

Curried Chickpeas with Spinach – olive oil, onion, garlic, ginger, curry powder, spinach, tomato sauce, chickpeas VEGAN (GF)

Salad – Composed – Avocado Salad with Lime Dressing – red & green lettuce, arugula, scallions, tomatoes, avocado, lemon juice, lime juice, mustard, sour cream, cilantro, olive oil, seasoning   On Side – chopped toasted walnuts CONTAINS DAIRY

Thursday

Stir-Fried Eggplant with Garlic-Basil Sauce – vegetable oil, garlic, fresh ginger, eggplant, red bell pepper, basil leaves, scallions  VEGAN (GF)
