Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

*Chafing dishes, basic buffet linens, serving and eating utensils included.

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – July 22-26

Monday

Pan-Roasted Chicken with Maple Bacon Sauce  – chicken thighs, sea salt, onions, soy sauce, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, sherry vinegar   Garnish  – bacon pieces & parsley

Rice Noodles with Shallots and Garlic – rice noodles, shallots, garlic, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, seasoning, vegetable oil  VEGAN

Side of Vegetable Sautee  – olive oil, onion, garlic, broccoli, kale, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, seasoning  VEGAN

Salad – Asian Salad with Ginger Carrot Dressing – yellow onion (pickled), lettuce, Roma tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, sliced carrots, bean sprouts   Special Dressing – shallots, garlic, ginger, carrots, rice wine vinegar, white miso, lemon juice, honey red pepper flakes, soy sauce, brown sugar, seasoning, olive oil, sesame oil

Tuesday

Mahi-Mahi Kebabs – red onion, zucchini, yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes, Portobello mushrooms, Mahi-Mahi

Basmati Rice with chopped green onion – rice, green onion, olive oil, seasoning, herbs  VEGAN

Grilled (Marinated) Vegetable Kebabs – red & yellow bell pepper, zucchini, red onions, mushrooms, vegetable oil, lemon juice, bay leaves, parsley, thyme, basil, mint, oregano, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper VEGAN

Salad – Simple Green Salad – romaine and field greens, grape tomatoes, avocado, thinly sliced purple onion, carrots, celery, black olives  On Side – croutons, mixed shredded cheese, red wine vinaigrette

 

Wednesday

Buttermilk Panko-Crusted Oven Fried Chicken  – chicken thighs, legs, and breasts, buttermilk, thyme, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, Old Bay seasoning.

Rosemary Seitan Chicken – seitan (chicken style) vegan butter, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, sage, garlic VEGETARIAN

Eisenhauer’s Mac & Cheese – cheddar, Swiss, and gouda cheese, macaroni shells, seasoning, milk  VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Steamed Asparagus – olive oil, asparagus, herbs, vegan butter VEGAN

Salad  – Chopped Vegetable – cucumbers, carrots, red onion, tomatoes, corn kernels, baby spinach, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, seasoning, red pepper, mint, toasted cumin seeds

Thursday

Hamburgers and Veggie Burgers

Ginger Veggie Quinoa Bowl – quinoa, olive oil, carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper, snap peas, bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, vegetable oil, grated ginger, cornstarch   On Side – chopped peanuts  VEGETARIAN

Salad  – Cucumber with Roasted Garlic & Miso Dressing – thin sliced seeded cucumbers, minced Thai chiles, mint, basil, seasoning, roasted garlic, white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, thyme, seasoning, olive oil  On Side – chopped dry-roasted peanuts
