Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – November 11-15


Chicken Enchiladas – vegetable oil, chicken breast, seasoning, cumin, garlic, Mexican spice blend, red onion, corn, variety of chiles, stewed tomatoes, flour & corn tortillas, enchilada sauce,  shredded cheddar and Jack cheese  CONTAINS DAIRY

Chili Relleno – pasilla chiles, queso fresco cheese, eggs, flour, vegetable oil, Roma tomatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, oregano  VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Tomato Rice – long grain rice, tomatoes, onion, vegetable broth, seasoning VEGAN/GF

Black Beans – black beans, seasoning, vegetable broth, olive oil, garlic VEGAN/GF

Condiments – Guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, salsa, tortilla chips

Salad – Jicama and Mango – jicama, red bell pepper, mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, honey, seasoning, cayenne pepper VEGAN/GF



Veracruz-Style Fish – white fish, lime juice, olive oil, onion, garlic, tomatoes, green olives capers, thyme, oregano, jalapenos, cilantro GF

Steamed Brown Rice – brown rice, vegetable broth oil VEGAN/GF

Rigatoni with Broccoli and Chickpeas – broccoli, rigatoni, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, chickpeas VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – White Bean with Red Onion & Mint – diced red onion, sherry vinegar, white beans, mint, red bell pepper, capers, olive oil, seasoning VEGAN/GF


Grilled Chicken with Bacon Sandwich – chicken breast, olive oil, lemon juice, seasoning, marjoram, mayonnaise, mustard, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, shredded sharp cheddar, sour cream, onions, bacon  CONTAINS DAIRY/GLUTEN OPTION  Served on French Rolls

Portobello Sandwich – Portobello mushroom, olive oil, garlic, red onion, bell peppers, almonds, red wine vinegar, goat cheese crumbles, spinach, basil  Served on ciabatta bread  VEGETARIAN/ GLUTEN OPTION

Home Style Meatloaf – ground beef, sausage, onions, eggs, milk, sautines, bell pepper, seasoning   CONTAINS DAIRY

Vegetarian Meatless Meatloaf – Lentils, onion, oats, cheese, egg, tomato sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, seasoning. VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Eisenhauer’s Mac & Cheese – macaroni pasta, variety of cheeses to include, Swiss, sharp cheddar, guyere, provolone, fontina, & parmesan, garlic, dry mustard, seasoning.  & cream  VEGETARIAN

Roasted Brussels  – brussel sprouts, olive oil, seasoning VEGAN GF

Salad –  Mixed Citrus Green – mixed greens & sliced savoy, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapefruit.  On Side – Walnuts.   Dressing – Red Onion Poppy Seed.


Herb Mustard Marinated Chicken Breast & Thighs – Chicken, cider vinegar, thyme, oregano, rosemary, mustard, garlic, onion, olive oil, seasoning, chicken breast and thighs GF

Olive-Oil-Glazed Potatoes – russet potatoes, olive oil, garlic, seasoning  VEGAN

Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Portobellos – olive oil, Portobello mushroom caps, balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion, spinach, artichoke hearts, thyme, Italian bread, vegetable stock   On Side – Parmesan cheese VEGAN/DAIRY OPTION
