Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – May 20-24

Monday

Buttermilk Fried Chicken – cayenne pepper, thyme, tarragon, buttermilk, flour, onions, chicken pieces, seasoning, vegetable oil  CONTAINS DAIRY

Crispy Brussels Sprouts – Brussels sprouts, sliced scallions olive oil, seasoning, balsamic, soy sauce, honey   On Side – slivered almonds VEGAN

Classic Celeriac Pot Roast – onions, carrots, russet potatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, seasoning, celeriac, onion granules, lime, bay leaves, thyme, rosemary, parsley  Added herby marinated tofu cubes VEGAN

Salad  – Cherry Tomato & Mozzarella with Balsamic-Fennel Vinaigrette – cherry tomatoes, seasoning, fresh basil leaves, mozzarella cheese.  Dressing – mayonnaise, molasses, Dijon mustard, seasoning, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, vegetable oil, cracked fennel seeds

Tuesday

Pan-Seared Salmon with Lentils and Yogurt-Herb Sauce – olive oil, onion, garlic, thyme, chicken broth, brown lentils, lemon juice, salmon fillets, vegetable oil, Swiss chard  Sauce – yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, seasoning, cilantro, mint DAIRY OPTION

Vegetable Paella – plum tomatoes, olive oil, onion, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, saffron, fennel, artichokes, eggplant, shitake mushrooms, white wine, paella rice, capers, roasted red peppers, parsley VEGAN

Side Vegetables – Green Beans Almadine  – Green Beans sherry vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, seasoning.  On Side – Toasted Almonds VEGAN

Salad –  Apple, Pear & Pecan with Honey Vinaigrette – Boston lettuce, apples, cider vinegar, honey, olive oil, honey mustard, seasoning  On Side toasted pecan halves, parmesan cheese

Wednesday

California Chicken, Veggie, Avocado and Rice Bowl – boneless chicken breasts & thighs, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper, seasoning, smoked paprika, parsley, basil, jasmine rice, red pepper, zucchini, olive oil, avocados, lemon, garlic, grape tomatoes  On Side – toasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese DAIRY OPTION

Roasted Veggie Quinoa Bowl – broccoli, olive oil, garlic, seasoning, chickpeas, sriracha, soy sauce, sweet potatoes, curry powder, quinoa, vegetable broth, kale, lime juice, chili powder, On Side – hummus  VEGAN

Salad  – Jicama, Orange, and Pecan with Cumin Dressing – butter lettuce, orange slices, red onion jicama, lime juice, olive oil, vinegar, seasoning, cumin  OnSide – pecans

Thursday

Braised Beef Ragout – olive oil, mushrooms, beef rump roast, bacon, tomato paste, red wine, seasoning chicken broth, garlic, carrots, onions, parsley

Side of Noodles – olive oil, vegetable broth, noodles, parsley VEGETARIAN

Lemon Ginger Carrots, Cabbage and Zucchini with Cannellini Beans – baby carrots, cabbage, zucchini, cannellini beans, lemon, garlic, olive oil, ginger, seasoning, coconut oil VEGAN

 Salad  – CAESAR – romaine lettuce, fresh grated parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing OnSide – house made croutons and anchovies

 

Friday

Pan-Fried Sole with Lemon-Caper Pan Sauce – sole fillets, seasoning, flour, vegetable oil, olive oil, lemon, capers  On Side Sauce – shallot, chicken broth, lemon juice, capers, butter, fresh parsley, seasoning  DAIRY OPTION

Basmati Rice with Sliced Green Onions – basmati rice, olive oil, vegetable broth, seasoning, sliced green onions VEGAN

Oven Roasted Vegetables – Carrots, Zucchini, Roma tomatoes, Yukon gold potatoes, onions VEGAN

Side of French Marinated Tofu – olive oil, white wine, vegetable stock, shallots, tarragon, tamari VEGAN

Salad  – Mixed Greens with Romaine & Vegetables – greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumber, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado On Side – goat cheese, croutons with Italian Dressing
