Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

Monday

Salmon-Coulibiac with Creamy Lemon-Dill Sauce – salmon filets, bay scallops and shrimp garlic, olive oil, butter, onion, baby spinach, hard-cooked eggs, seasoning, puff pastry with egg wash   Garnish  lemon wedges and dill CONTAINS DAIRY

Zesty Broccoli-Cauliflower, Carrot and Couscous Gratin – broccoli florets, cauliflower florets, couscous, cooking spray, butter, coarse-grained mustard,  breadcrumbs cheddar cheese, couscous  VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed –Roasted Beet Citrus & & Pistachio Cream – mixed greens, roasted beets, grapefruit & orange sections, roasted pistachios served on a platter with pistachio cream

Tuesday

Grilled Hanger Steak Bulgogi-Style with Korean Chile Paste and Kimchee– hanger steak, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, canola oil, scallions, cilantro, shallots, cucumbers, red onions, chile flakes, chiles
