Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $19.95 per person per day (tax and service not included). This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Monday

LABOR DAY

Tuesday

Chicken Piccata – Chicken breasts, flour, olive oil, lemon juice, chicken stock, capers, parsley

Brown Rice – Brown rice, vegetable broth, chopped green onion.

Light Eggplant Parmigiana – Eggplant, tomato sauce, basil, mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano, toasted breadcrumbs.  VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Salad ComposedRomaine with Roasted Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese – Chopped romaine, roasted butternut squash, thinly sliced mushrooms, sliced purple onion, honey goat cheese. On the side – sliced almonds. Blush Wine Vinaigrette.

DessertStrawberry Short Cake and Cream

Wednesday

Beef Fajitas – skirt steak, bell peppers, onions, orange juice, limes, olive oil, garlic, chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, cilantro, cumin.

Vegetarian Fajitas with Portabella Mushroom – portabella mushrooms, red & yellow bell pepper, purple onion, red wine vinegar, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika.  Side – Flour tortillas. guacamole, shredded cheese, cilantro leaves, sour cream.  VEGETARIAN

Refried Beans – pinto beans, water, salt, olive oil, garlic. VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Mexican Chopped Salad with Honey-Lime Dressing – chopped romaine, black beans, tomato, jicama, corn, radishes, avocado, bell pepper, feta cheese. Lime juice, olive oil, honey, cilantro, garlic, jalapeno pepper.

Dessert – Mexican Wedding Cookies

Thursday

Roasted Tilapia in Red Sauce with Potatoes, and Lemons – baby potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, wine, lemon, thyme, olive oil, kalamata olives, tilapia filets, paprika

Zucchini Gratin – zucchini, olive oil, garlic, kalamata olives, basil leaves  On Side – parmesan cheese   VEGAN/DAIRY OPTION

Side of Minted Carrots – Carrots, mint, honey, olive oil  VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Avocado, Tomato, and Asparagus – tri-color tomatoes, avocado cubes, basil leaves, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, seasoning, crushed herbs  On Side – gorgonzola crumbles

Dessert – Nepolian Parfaits

Friday

Spinach & Bacon Quiche – Eggs, cream, baby spinach, bacon, Swiss cheese, pie crust.

Oven-Dried Tomato Tart w/ Goat Cheese

Side Dish – Variety of Roasted Vegetables – Red potatoes, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, onions, cauliflower. VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Seasonal Fresh Fruit Platter
