Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $21.95 per person per day (tax and service not included).

*Chafing dishes, basic buffet linens, serving and eating utensils included.

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – February 2-8

Monday

Shrimp and Scallop Kabob with Pineapple Salsa – large shrimp, sea scallops, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, vegetable oil, garlic, green onions, cherry tomatoes

Salsa – pineapple, cilantro, jalapeno chile, limes, green onion, seasoning

Garlic & Herbs Marinated Veggie Kabobs – potatoes, tofu, bell pepper, pineapple, red onion, button mushrooms, squash, tomatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, garlic, basil, seasoning  VEGAN

Side – Couscous with Green Onions – couscous, olive oil, garlic, vegetable broth, green onion seasoning   VEGETARIAN

Salad – Field  Greens, Endive & Cress with Apples and Herbs – Belgium endive, field greens, and watercress, shallots, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, pepper, apples, tarragon, chives, parsley  On Side – toasted almonds

Tuesday

Five Spice Short Ribs with Carrot-Parsnip – short ribs, carrots, parsnips, flour, vegetable oil, tomato paste, Chinese five-spice, red wine, beef broth, onion, garlic, cilantro, bay leaves, milk, butter, nutmeg

Oven Roasted Vegetables with Tofu –  beets, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, olive oil, seasoning, herbs

Light Vegetable Primavera – thin fettuccine, zucchini, carrots, Italian herbs, seasoning, olive oil, grape tomatoes, garlic, vegetable broth, white wine, basil  On Side – grated parmesan cheese

Salad – Nicoise – bibb lettuce, green beans, Yukon gold potatoes, vinegar, cherry tomatoes, tuna, hard boiled eggs, Nicoise olives Dressing – olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, shallots, seasoning

Wednesday

Herb Mustard Marinated Chicken Breast & Thighs – Chicken, cider vinegar, thyme, oregano, rosemary, mustard, garlic, onion, olive oil, seasoning, chicken breast and thighs.

Olive-Oil-Glazed Potatoes – russet potatoes, olive oil, garlic, seasoning  VEGAN

Spinach and Artichoke Stuffed Portobellos – olive oil, Portobello mushroom caps, balsamic vinegar, garlic, onion, spinach, artichoke hearts, thyme, Italian bread, vegetable stock   On Side – Parmesan cheese VEGAN/DAIRY OPTION

Salad – Inspired Quinoa Salad –quinoa, chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, grape tomatoes, black beans, cucumber, pepperoncini, Greek olives.  Dressing – Italian

Thursday

Red Curry, Cod & Rice Noodles – shallots, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, red curry paste, turmeric, tomatoes, coconut milk, cauliflower, carrots, cod, rice noodles, cilantro  Served with – lime wedges

Vegetarian Red Curry, Tofu, Rice Noodles – Same with Tofu option

Served with  – lime wedges VEGETARIAN

Salad  – Arugula with Citrus & Fennel – orange segments, arugula, fennel, lemon juice, watermelon radish, parsley, dill, olive oil seasoning  On Side – hazzelnuts

Friday

Home Style Meatloaf – ground beef, sausage, onions, eggs, milk, sautines, bell pepper, seasoning.  Served with gravy

Mashed Potatoes – potatoes, milk, butter, seasoning. VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Green Bean Tomato Saute – green beans, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, olive oil, seasoning. VEGETARIAN

Salad  – Mixed Citrus Green – mixed greens & sliced savoy, grapes, mandarin oranges, pineapple, grapefruit.  On Side – Walnuts.   

Dressing – Red Onion Poppy Seed.
