Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $19.95 per person per day (tax and service not included). This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – February 26 – March 2

Monday

Chicken Piccata – chicken breast, vegetable oil, white wine, garlic, chicken broth, lemon juice, capers, butter, lemon slices.

Garlic/Herb Couscous – couscous, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, seasoning. VEGETARIAN

Roasted Carrots, Broccoli and Cauliflower with Pesto – VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Big Italian – romaine lettuce, red bell pepper, cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, olives, Italian parsley basil, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, seasoning, honey On Side –Feta cheese

Tuesday

Lemon Garlic Tilapia – Tilapia fillets, lemon juice, butter, garlic, parsley.

Basmati Rice –

Vegetarian Stuffed Zucchini – zucchini, olive oil, onion, garlic, red pepper crimini mushrooms, oregano, basil, parsley, seasoning, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese

Salad – Composed – Mandarin Orange – Red leaf lettuce, red onion, chopped celery, mandarin orange segments.  Dressing – Vegetable oil, cider vinegar, sugar, parsley, seasoning.  One side – Sliced almonds.

Wednesday

Skirt Steak with mushrooms and shallots – skirt steak, olive oil, mushrooms, shallots, thyme, white wine, chicken broth, butter

Couscous with Roasted Tomatoes – cherry tomatoes, olive oil, couscous, toasted pine nuts, chopped mint, lemon zest, lemon juice, seasoning  VEGETARIAN

Carrot, Fingerling Potatoes, and Pea Ragout – carrot sticks, lemon, balsamic vinegar, sugar, butter, olive oil, fingerling potatoes, vegetable broth, garlic, peas, spinach, tarragon. VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – White Bean & Spinach – olive oil, white wine vinegar, parsley, tarragon, lemon juice, chives, mustard, sugar, seasoning, cannellini beans, julienned carrots, sweet red peppers, red onion, baby spinach.

Thursday

Greek Cod Cakes – Cod fillets, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, lemon zest & lemon juice, seasoning, egg, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil.  Sauce on side – mayonnaise, parsley, dill, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, seasoning.

Light Eggplant Parmigiana – Olive oil, eggplant, onions, garlic,thyme, carrote, tomatoes, basil, pepper, Mozzarella, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs. VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Oven Roasted Vegetables – Beets, Portobello Mushrooms, Zucchini, Red Bell Pepper, & Yukon Gold Potatoes, olive oil, seasoning. VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Greek Inspired Quinoa – quinoa, spinach, crumbled feta, tomatoes, black beans, cucumber, pepperoncini, Greek olives, Greek dressing

Friday

Rice Bowls –

Chicken, Veggie, Avocado – marinated chicken with olive oil, herbs and spices. Basmati rice, red pepper, zucchini, olive oil, seasoning, avocados, lemon parsley  On side toppings – Grape tomatoes, toasted walnuts, blue cheese, and avocado mix.

Vegetarian Brown Rice Bowl – brown Rice, olive oil, garlic, sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli florets, Italian seasoning  Toppings – Roasted red pepper hummus, sprouts, hemp seeds  VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Spinach with Berries and Curry Dressing – spinach, strawberries, blueberries, red onion, On side – chopped pecans & honey goat cheese.
