Seasonal, fresh and ever-changing are the hallmarks of our daily menus. Our Daily Special Menu is an all-inclusive offering for $19.95 per person per day (tax and service not included). This page is generally updated twice per month (with two weeks of menus at a time). Each week’s menu has a handy print feature if you would like a hard copy.

DAILY SPECIAL MENU – July 17-21

Monday

Build Your Own Mini Bun Sandwiches 

sliced roasted turkey, roast beef, & bacon, chicken salad with cranberries and tuna salad

sliced Swiss, cheddar, & pepper Jack cheese

ADD – Roasted Vegetables – bell pepper, portabella mushrooms, onions, eggplant,

Bread – sliced baguettes & mini bun VEGETARIAN

Condiments – lettuce, fresh sliced tomatoes, avocado, bacon, pickles, cucumber, cream cheese, sprouts,  dijonnaise, & Italian vinaigrette

Salad – Composed –Fresh Fruit Compote

Dessert – Assorted Sweet Treats

Tuesday

Fajitas:

Chicken – vegetable oil, chicken thigh, green onion, bell pepper, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, lime juice, red onion, cilantro.  Flour & Corn Tortillas

Vegetable with Mojo Chile Marinade – Bell peppers, red onion, mushroom caps.   Mojo Chili marinade – Orange juice, grated orange peel, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic onion.  Flour & Corn Tortillas  VEGETARIAN

Condiments – guacamole, chips, Salsa – mild & spicy, sour Cream, chili peppers, cilantro, lemon & lime wedges

Salad – Composed – Romaine with Roasted Butternut Squash and Goat Cheese – chopped romaine, roasted butternut squash, thinly sliced mushrooms, sliced purple onion, honey goat cheese. On the side – sliced almonds.  Blush Wine Vinaigrette.

Dessert – Assorted Cookies

Wednesday

Sherry Braised Beef Short Ribs – Bacon, short ribs, thyme, onion, garlic, flour, sherry, beef broth.

Side of Noodles  – Noodles, olive oil, seasoning, butter.

Quinoa-Stuffed Tomatoes – Quinoa, olive oil, bell pepper, green onions, sautéed mushrooms, thyme, butter, tomatoes. VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Salad – Composed – Tossed Pita – Pitas, chopped tomato, English cucumber, red onion, oregano, parsley, lime juice, cumin, olive oil, honey. VEGETARIAN

Dessert – Pound Cake with Fresh Berries

Thursday

Lemon Salmon with Garlic over Spinach – Salmon fillets, olive oil, lemon juice, spinach.

Side – Brown Rice

Mediterranean Vegetables with Feta & Olives – Red onion, eggplant, mushrooms, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, parsley, rosemary, thyme, lemon rind, bread crumbs, olive oil, black olives, feta cheese.  VEGETARIAN/CONTAINS DAIRY

Salad – Composed – Grilled Corn Salad – Fresh Corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, basil leaves, red onion, olive oil, cider vinegar, lemon juice.  VEGETARIAN

Friday

Teriyaki Chicken – Chicken legs and thighs, cilantro, oil, sake, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, ginger root, garlic.

Side of Fried Rice – Rice, vegetable oil, eggs, garlic, ginger, shredded carrots, bell pepper, scallions, peas, soy sauce. VEGETARIAN

Sesame Tofu Stir-Fry – Tofu, sesame seeds, sesame oil, shitake mushroom caps, asparagus, green onion, vegetable broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, chili garlic  sauce, brown rice. VEGETARIAN

Salad – Composed – Avocado, Mango, and Pineapple with Pistachios and Pickled Shallots – Shallots, rice vinegar, olive oil, red wine vinegar, arugula, pistachios, mint, basil, avocados, kiwi, mango, pineapple.  Dressing on side

DressingKorean Dressing – Soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, water, garlic, sugar, red pepper flakes.  Apple Cider Vinaigrette.
